Every design we create is custom-made for your university, college, or school. From the overall style and dimensions to the special finishing touches and intricate details, we ensure your project is one-of-a-kind.

Our Guarantee
We take pride in the quality of our manufacturing. Our processing system is designed to minimize defects, ensuring exceptional products. In the rare case a product has a flaw in workmanship or materials, we’ll replace it free of charge.

Please note that working with premium materials may result in slight variations in colour, clarity, or finish. These natural differences are part of the production process and enhance the unique character of your custom product, not defects.
Product Availability
All our products are custom-made. Please contact us to confirm availability, pricing, and lead times for your project. We're here to help throughout the design and order process.
Production Time
Our standard production time is 3–4 weeks from the moment your artwork is approved.
Because every project is custom, the final shipping date can vary based on quantity, process, and manufacturing type. We'll confirm your exact ship date when you place your order to ensure clear communication every step of the way.
Artwork
To ensure the best reproduction of your design, please provide your artwork as a high-contrast, black and white vector file in .eps or .ai format.
Please note that if the artwork is not production-ready, additional charges and a delivery delay may apply. We are happy to help you through this process to achieve a perfect result.
Dies and Molds
All tools, dies, and molds used in the production of your custom items are the property of Jester Collegiate Canada (Almar International) and will remain securely housed within our facility.

Please be advised that tools, dies, and molds deemed inactive may be discarded at our discretion without prior notification.
Damages
We carefully inspect and package every product to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
In the rare event that your order is damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to provide any information needed to support you through this process.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise specified by Almar, payment is due at the time of your order.

Trademark and Promotions
By submitting designs to Jester Collegiate Canada (a division of Almar International), you confirm that they fully comply with all applicable laws, including those related to copyright, trademarks, patents, and privacy regulations at the time of submission.

As the customer, you accept full responsibility for ensuring compliance with these legal requirements and agree to indemnify and protect Almar from any claims, damages, costs, or legal actions.​
We take pride in showcasing the exceptional work we produce. Unless otherwise specified in writing, Almar reserves the right to feature products we manufacture in our advertising and promotional displays.
